Sarah McGrath is vice president and executive editor of Riverhead Books, where she edits literary fiction and narrative nonfiction. At Riverhead she has acquired and edited fiction including Ramona Ausubel’s No One is Here Except All of Us, along with works by New York Times bestsellers Khaled Hosseini, Meg Wolitzer, Chang-rae Lee, and Laura Moriarty. Among her nonfiction authors are New York Times and New Yorker writers Janny Scott, Margaret Talbot, Dana Goodyear, and Akash Kapur. Prior to coming to Riverhead in 2006, she was senior editor at Scribner. McGrath graduated from Harvard University and began her publishing career at Alfred A. Knopf, Inc.
