Patricia Wagner is a registered nurse and, for
the last five years, has worked for the Richmond AIDS Consortium,
where she enrolls and follows patients in NIH-sponsored trials looking
at improving long-term treatment options for patients infected with
HIV and works to make sure that all patients, especially women and
minorities, have access to clinical research opportunities. She
holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Virginia
Commonwealth University. "My Things" is her first published
fiction.
