MEGHAN O’ROURKE
Meghan O’Rourke’s first full-length book of poems, Halflife, was published by W.W. Norton in 2007. Her poetry has appeared in The New Yorker, The New Republic, The Kenyon Review, and Poetry. She has been recognized by the Union League Civic and Arts Foundation and recently received the May Sarton Poetry Prize. A widely published critic, O’Rourke frequently contributes to The New York Times Book Review and serves as culture critic for Slate. Since 2005, she has worked for The Paris Review as coeditor of poetry.
