Thomas Cooper is the author of a forthcoming flash fiction chapbook, Phantasmagoria (Keyhole Books, 2009), which won the Keyhole Books 2008 Fiction Chapbook Contest. His stories have appeared in a number of journals, including New Orleans Review, Sonora Review, Beloit Fiction Journal, Night Train, and Quick Fiction. Cooper is currently a PhD candidate in Florida State University’s creative writing program.
