Bryn Chancellor’s short fiction has appeared in Gulf Coast, Colorado Review, Crazyhorse, Phoebe, and elsewhere and her story collection was a finalist for the 2009 Mary McCarthy Prize in Short Fiction. Chancellor’s honors include a writing fellowship and a project grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts and scholarships from the Bread Loaf and Sewanee writers’ conferences. She earned her MFA from Vanderbilt University, where she was a University Graduate Fellow, and she teaches creative writing and English at the University of Montevallo in Alabama.
