Julia Lichtblau’s work has appeared in Superstition Review, American Fiction 13, Narrative, and The Florida Review, among others. Her work was included in the anthology Best Paris Stories: Winners of the 2011 Paris Short Story Contest (Summertime Publications, 2012). She was one of two finalists for the 2015 Kore Press Short Fiction Award, a finalist for the 2013 American Fiction Prize (New Rivers Press), and a finalist for Narrative Magazine’s Spring and Fall 2013 Story Contests. She earned her MFA in fiction from Bennington College. She is a book review editor for The Common and covered international finance in New York City and Paris for both BusinessWeek and Dow Jones Newswires for fifteen years.
