Bruce Ducker is the author of nine books of fiction, including the novel Dizzying Heights (Fulcrum Publishing, 2008), and Home Pool (Stackpole Books, 2008), a collection of stories. His work has appeared in The Hudson Review, The New Republic, Poetry Magazine, and The Yale Review, among others. He is also the recipient of the Colorado Book Award and the Macallan Story Prize. Ducker is a jazz pianist and an instrument-rated pilot.
