Brooke Bullman’s short fiction has appeared in the Chicago Tribune as a Nelson Algren Literary Award finalist, The Louisville Review, The Southern Review, and The Worcester Review. Her story “The Gray Horse” received a Special Mention in The Pushcart Prize XLIII: Best of the Small Presses 2019 Edition. In 2018, she received a Yaddo fellowship and the Barry Hannah Scholarship in Fiction to the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. She holds an MFA from Spalding University.
