Sejal Shah’s debut collection, This Is One Way to Dance: Essays, is forthcoming from University of Georgia Press in 2020. Her stories and essays have appeared in Conjunctions, Kenyon Review, Literary Hub, The Rumpus, and elsewhere. She is the recipient of a 2018 New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in fiction. She lives and teaches in Rochester, New York.
