Mason Mills has been a producer and director
for the Community Idea Stations for 15 years. He is the producer
of many programs including No Higher Honor: Governor Baliles, and
Terri Allard and Friends in Concert. He has
also produced
a
music
series The Music Seen, the art series Junction 301 and
the comedy special Laughing Matters with Brett Leake, all
of which are distributed
nationally by American Public Television (APT). Mills is currently
working on a documentary about the first elected African American
governor, Wilder: An American First.
Mills contributes to the newsmagazine program Virginia
Currents on a regular basis.
He has won numerous awards including a regional
Emmy.
