Misty Urban holds an MFA from Cornell University. Her stories have appeared in Quarterly West, Indiana Review, Asphodel, Oklahoma Review, The Madison Review, Cairn, and other journals. Her fiction has won awards from Writers at Work, the Atlantic Monthly, and Cornell University. She is currently completing a PhD in Medieval Literature.
