David Wojahn Directs the Creative Writing Program at Virginia Commonwealth University and also teaches in the MFA in Writing Program of the Vermont College of the Fine Arts. His most recent collection Interrogation: 1982-2004 was published by the University of Pittsburgh Press in 2006, and was a named finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry and runner-up for the Academy of American Poets' Lenore Marshall Award. He is the 2007 winner of the O.B. Hardison, Jr., Poetry Prize, an award from the Folger Shakespeare Library which celebrates a poet’s excellence in both writing and teaching.
