Jehanne Dubrow was born in Italy and grew up in Poland, Yugoslavia, Zaire, Belgium, Austria, and the United States. She earned a PhD in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MFA from the University of Maryland. Her poetry has previously appeared in Blackbird as well as in Poetry, The Hudson Review, New England Review, Shenandoah, and Gulf Coast. She is the author of a chapbook, The Promised Bride (Finishing Line Press, 2007), and has a full-length poetry collection forthcoming from three candles press.
