David Baker is the author of eleven books, including, most recently, Radiant Lyre: Essays on Lyric Poetry (Graywolf, 2007). His most recent collections of poetry include Midwest Ecologue (Norton, 2005), Treatise on Touch: Selected Poems (Arc, 2005), and Changeable Thunder (University of Arkansas Press, 2001). He is a Professor of English at Denison University and poetry editor of The Kenyon Review.
