Clay Matthews is the author of three collections of poetry, Pretty, Rooster (Cooper Dillon Books, 2010), which is a collection of sonnets written in syllabics; RUNOFF (BlazeVOX, 2009); and Superfecta (Ghost Road Press, 2008). He has published poetry in The American Poetry Review, Black Warrior Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Gulf Coast, and elsewhere. Matthews teaches at Tusculum College and edits poetry for The Tusculum Review.
