Leia Darwish’s work has appeared in journals such as diode, The Journal, PANK, The Pinch, and The Paris-American. Darwish has worked as a managing editor at Copper Nickel. She earned an MFA in poetry from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served as the 2013–2014 lead associate editor for Blackbird.
