Poulos
Michele Poulos is the author of the poetry collection Black Laurel (Iris Press, 2016) and the chapbook A Disturbance in the Air (Slapering Hol Press, 2012), winner of the Slapering Hol Press competition. Her feature-length documentary, A Late Style of Fire: Larry Levis, American Poet, had its world premiere at the 2016 Mill Valley Film Festival and was an official selection at seven additional film festivals nationwide. Poulos recently completed a memoir and is in postproduction on a feature-length documentary on the evolving nature of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
