Joshua Butts is the author of the poetry collection New to the Lost Coast (Gold Wake Press, 2015). His poetry has appeared in Birmingham Poetry Review, Pleiades, Spoon River Poetry Review, and Tampa Review. He is the recipient of a Tennessee Williams scholarship to the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. Butts teaches at Columbus College of Art & Design, where he serves as associate director of CORE/Liberal Arts and as head of the Writing, Literature, and Philosophy Department.
