Rachel Jamison Webster earned an MFA from Warren
Wilson College in 2004. She currently lives in Chicago, where she
teaches English at Loyola University and helps develop literary
arts programs for at-risk teenagers. She has edited two anthologies
of writing by Chicago youth, Paper Atrium (2004) and Alchemy (2000),
both published locally by Gallery 37 and the City of Chicago. In
1997, Jamison was awarded the Academy of American Poets Young
Poets Prize. Her poems have appeared in journals including Rattle,
13th Moon, The Mid-America Review and the Oyez
Review.
