Becca Barniskis’s poems have recently appeared or are forthcoming in Prairie Schooner, Conduit, Dislocate, and Northwest Review, among other journals. In 2004 she was awarded a Minnesota State Arts Board literary fellowship for poetry. She holds an MFA from the University of Oregon and now lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she works as a freelance writer and consultant in arts education.
