Among Terri Witek’s publications are
two full-length poetry collections, The Carnal World (Story
Line, 2006) and Fools and Crows (Orchises, 2003); a
chapbook, Courting Couples (Winner of the 2000 Center
for Book Arts Letterpress Chapbook Contest); and the nonfiction
work, Robert Lowell and LIFE STUDIES: Revising the
Self (University of Missouri, 1993). A native of northern
Ohio, Witek teaches English at Stetson University, where she holds
the Art and Melissa Sullivan Chair in Creative Writing. Her work
has previously appeared in Blackbird (Vol. 1, No. 1),
as well as in many other literary
journals.
