Stiff-Edged Kimono (Ruffled Iris)

Deep Blue Green
Pale Blue Green
Scarlet Pink

Reverse everything.
Dusk throws off drowsy gardens,
slips into its ghost.
Forests prune down to awkward
new sprouts. I’d say this but for
your bright, scornful mouth.
