James Hoch is the author of the poetry collections Miscreants (W.W. Norton & Co., 2007) and A Parade of Hands (Silverfish Review Press, 2003), winner of the Gerald Cable Book Award. His poems have appeared in The Washington Post, SLATE, The American Poetry Review, VQR, and Poetry Daily. Hoch is an associate professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey and lives in Nyack, New York.
