James Hoch is the author of two books of poems: Miscreants (W.W. Norton, 2008) and A Parade of Hands (Silverfish Review Press, 2003), winner of the Gerald Cable Book Award. His work has been published in The Kenyon Review, The Gettysburg Review, and the Virginia Quarterly Review. Hoch is an associate professor in the English Department at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
