Manuel Martinez’s work has appeared in The Sun, Hotel Amerika, Coral Living, The Literarian, Blackbird, and elsewhere. He was an Emerging Writers Fellow at The Center for Fiction in New York, and received his MFA in fiction from the University of Florida. Martinez teaches composition and literature at John Jay College and St. John’s University.
