Caitlin Etherton is a frequent contributing writer for National Geographic Travel and a travel editor for the Essentialist. She earned an MFA in poetry and creative nonfiction from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served as the 2018–2019 Levis Reading Prize fellow and was lead audio editor for Blackbird.
