James Himelsbach's poetry has been published or is forthcoming in Witness, the Notre Dame Review, Crab Orchard Review, and Birmingham Poetry Review, as well as other publications. His poetry has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. His one-act play, Zero King, was named Best New Play by the New England Theater Conference and has been produced in New York City as well as in regional theaters throughout the United States. Himelsbach is also an actor and won an Obie Award in the 2002 Off-Broadway season.
