C.L. O’Dell’s poetry has been published in Ploughshares, New England Review, Barrow Street and Southern Indiana Review, among others. His poem “My Father Named the Trees” was selected by Dorianne Laux for inclusion in the Best New Poets 2014 anthology. He is the founder and editor of The Paris-American, a poetry e-zine and annual reading series. O’Dell earned an MFA in poetry from Manhattanville College.
