Kai Carlson-Wee’s work has appeared in Narrative, Best New Poets, TriQuarterly, and The Missouri Review, which selected a group of his poems for the 2013 Jeffrey E. Smith Editor’s Prize. He has received fellowships and awards from the MacDowell Colony, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and the Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Memorial Fund. He is a former Wallace Stegner Fellow and a Jones Lecturer in poetry at Stanford University.
