Susan Elbe is the author of a full-length collection, Eden in the Rearview Mirror (Word Press, 2007), and a chapbook, Light Made from Nothing (Parallel Press, 2003). Her poetry appears or is forthcoming in diode, MARGIE, North American Review, and Salt Hill, among other journals, and has been anthologized in A Fierce Brightness: Twenty-five Years of Women's Poetry (CALYX Books, 2002). Her honors include the inaugural Lois Cranston Memorial Poetry Prize, the Lorine Niedecker Poetry Award from the Council for Wisconsin Writers, and fellowships to the Vermont Studio Center and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.
