Leia Darwish’s poetry has appeared in Copper Nickel. She was selected as one of the winners of the 2011 Moving Words Poetry Competition. Darwish holds a BA in English literature and creative writing from the University of Colorado–Denver. She is the managing editor of Copper Nickel.
