Constance Adler is the author of a book of creative nonfiction, My Bayou: New Orleans through the Eyes of a Lover (Michigan State University Press, 2012). Her work has been published in Utne Reader, Oxford American, Gambit Weekly, and Philadelphia Magazine, among others. She earned an MA in creative writing from Hollins University. She teaches at the Bayou Writing Workshop and serves on the committee to administer the inaugural Pinckley Prizes for Crime Fiction.
