CAITLIN DOYLE

Caitlin Doyle’s poems, essays, and book reviews have appeared in The Atlantic, Boston Review, The Threepenny Review, Black Warrior Review, Best New Poets 2009, Measure, and others. She has taught poetry as the writer-in-residence at St. Albans School in Washington, DC, has served as the James Merrill House Writer-In-Residence, and taught as a lecturer in creative writing at Boston University. Doyle is the recipient of residency fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, the Ucross Foundation, the Jentel Foundation, and others. She is the recipient of the Amy Award from Poets & Writers, the WC&C Scholarship in Poetry through the Association of Writers and Writing Programs, a Tennessee Williams Scholarship through the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, the Margaret Bridgman Scholarship through the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, and the George Starbuck Fellowship at Boston University. Most recently, Doyle taught creative writing as the Emerging Writer-In-Residence at Penn State University.  end
