Allison Titus is the author of a novel, The Arsonist’s Favorite Song Has Nothing to Do with Fire (forthcoming from Etruscan Press), a book of poems, Sum of Every Lost Ship (Cleveland State University Poetry Center, 2010), and a chapbook, Instructions from the Narwhal (Bateau Press, 2007). She is the recipient of a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, and her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Tin House, A Public Space, and Black Warrior Review. Titus is coeditor of the poetry journal Handsome and works as a proofreader for The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia.
