Ryan Walsh is the author of The Sinks (Midwest Writing Center Press, 2010), winner of the 2010 Mississippi Valley Poetry Chapbook Contest. His poetry has appeared in Ecotone; FIELD; Forklift, Ohio; Green Mountains Review; Narrative and elsewhere. He earned an MFA in creative writing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and was a 2011 Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowship finalist. He is director of the writing program at the Vermont Studio Center.
