Patty Crane is the author of the poetry collection BELL I WAKE TO (Zone 3 Press First Book Award, 2019) and the chapbook something flown (Concrete Wolf Chapbook Award, 2018). Her poems have appeared in Bellevue Literary Review, Poetry East, and Verse Daily. BRIGHT SCYTHE, a bilingual volume of her translations of Swedish poet and 2011 Nobel laureate Tomas Tranströmer, was published by Sarabande Books (2015). Her translations have appeared or are forthcoming in Guernica, The New York Times Magazine, PEN Poetry Series, The Southern Review, and elsewhere. Crane’s work has been supported by fellowships from the MacDowell Colony.
