Kathy Fagan is the author of six poetry collections, including a new book forthcoming from Milkweed Editions in 2022 and Sycamore (Milkweed Editions, 2017), which was a finalist for the 2018 Kingsley Tufts Award. Her work has appeared in Kenyon Review, Narrative, The Paris Review, Poetry, and elsewhere. She is the recipient of fellowships in poetry from numerous organizations, including the National Endowment for the Arts and the Ohio Arts Council. Fagan directs the MFA Program at The Ohio State University where she teaches poetry and coedits the Wheeler Poetry Prize Book Series for The Journal.
