Nicole Homer is the author of the poetry collection, Pecking Order (Write Bloody Publishing, 2017). Her work has appeared in Muzzle, The Offing, and Rattle, among others. She received fellowships from Tin House (2021), the Sewanee Writers’ Conference (2021), the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (2020), Callaloo, and VONA. Homer was also awarded a 2018 residency at The Frost Place. She is a contributing editor at Black Nerd Problems and an associate professor of English at a community college in central New Jersey.
