Carolina Hotchandani is the author of The Book Eaters (Perugia Press, 2023), winner of the Perugia Press Prize. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in AGNI, Alaska Quarterly Review, Beloit Poetry Journal, and The Cincinnati Review, among others. She was a Tin House Scholar in 2022 and also received scholarships from the Rona Jaffe Foundation and the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. She is an assistant professor of literature, writing, and the medical humanities at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
