Jesse Graves is the author of two poetry collections from Texas Review Press, Basin Ghosts (2014) and Tennessee Landscape with Blighted Pine (2011), both of which won the Weatherford Award in Poetry for their respective years. He is co-editor of several volumes of poetry and scholarship, and his poems have appeared in such journals as Prairie Schooner, Southern Poetry Review, and in the Poem of the Week feature for The Missouri Review. He works as associate professor of English and Poet-in-Residence at East Tennessee State University.
