SUE WILLIAM SILVERMAN

Sue William Silverman is the author of a poetry collection, Hieroglyphics in Neon (Orchises Press, 2006), and three memoirs: The Pat Boone Fan Club: My Life as a White Anglo-Saxon Jew (University of Nebraska Press, 2014); Love Sick: One Woman’s Journey through Sexual Addiction (W.W. Norton, 2001), which was adapted into a Lifetime TV movie in 2008; and Because I Remember Terror, Father, I Remember You (University of Georgia Press, 1996), which won the Association of Writers and Writing Programs Award in Creative Nonfiction (1995). She is also the author of Fearless Confessions: A Writer’s Guide to Memoir (University of Georgia Press, 2009). She was the Pearl S. Buck Writer-in-Residence at Randolph College (2015), and currently teaches in the MFA in Writing Program at Vermont College of Fine Arts.  end
