A.V. Christie has published two volumes of poetry: The Housing (Ashland Poetry Press, 2004), co-winner of the 2004 Robert McGovern Publication Prize, and Nine Skies (University of Illinois Press, 1997), the 1996 National Poetry Series winner. Her work has appeared in numerous magazines, including Poetry, AGNI, Ploughshares, Prairie Schooner, Crazyhorse, and Commonweal.
