Wendy Mitman Clarke is the author of the novel Still Water Bending (Head to Wind Publishing, 2017). Her poetry has appeared in Blue River Review, Delmarva Review, Little Patuxent Review, MUSE/A Journal, Rattle, and The Summerset Review. She is the 2015 and 2017 recipient of the Pat Nielsen Poetry Prize. Her nonfiction has appeared in River Teeth and Smithsonian. Clarke is the director of media relations at Washington College.
