Lauren Michele Jackson’s poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Hayden’s Ferry Review, The Journal, Painted Bride Quarterly, and Water~Stone Review. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of English Language and Literature at the University of Chicago. Her first book, a collection of nonfiction, is forthcoming from Beacon Press.
