Dilruba Ahmed’s poems have appeared in
Crab Orchard Review, Columbia: A Journal of Literature
and Art,
The Asian Pacific American Journal, and elsewhere. Her
work is forthcoming in Writing the Lines of Our Hands,
an anthology of South Asian American poetry. She is a project coordinator
at the
Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in Stanford,
California, and co-editor of Going Public with Our Teaching:
An Anthology of Practice (Teachers College Press, 2005). She
received a BPhil
in English Writing and a MAT in Instruction and Learning from
the University of Pittsburgh. She currently lives in the San Francisco
Bay Area.
