Richard Garcia is the author of Rancho
Notorious (BOA, 2001). His poems have recently appeared in Sentence, Notre
Dame Review, Crazyhorse, and Ploughshares. He is the recipient
of a Pushcart Prize, and one of his poems is included in The
Best American Poetry 2005. His next volume of poetry, The
Persistence of Objects, is forthcoming from BOA in 2006.
