Allan Peterson’s second book, All
the Lavish in Common, won the 2005 Juniper Prize for Poetry
and is forthcoming from the University of Massachusetts in 2006.
He
is also the author of Anonymous Or, a collection of
poetry (Defined Providence Press, 2002), as well as the chapbooks Stars
on a Wire (Parallel Press, Institute for the Book Arts,
Tuscaloosa, AL 1989) and Small Charities (#7 in the
Panhandler Chapbook Series, University of West Florida, 1994).
His poetry has appeared in many journals, including Prairie
Schooner, Bellingham Review, Bellevue Literary
Review, Natural Bridge, Tar Wolf Review,
and the Marlboro Review, as well as the online journals Blackbird, Perihelion,
and Stickman
