David Zoby’s poetry has appeared in 64, New Virginia Review, Southern Poetry Review, GSU Review, South Dakota Review, and other journals. An article is forthcoming in American Angler. His nonfiction book, Fire on the Beach: Recovering the Lost Story of Richard Etheridge and the Pea Island Lifesavers, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2001. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and earned an MFA in poetry from Virginia Commonwealth University. He teaches at Casper College in Wyoming.
